Compliments and complaints
Shipley & Bingley Voluntary Services aims to help strengthen voluntary and community groups. We primarily work in the Shipley Constituency but some of services that we run in partnership cover the whole Bradford district – for example bfunded (funding information) and DIVA Bradford (online database of local groups).

How can we improve?
We would be pleased to hear from you with suggestions on how we could improve services for local community groups.
We also understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan. If you were not happy with the service you received, please tell us. Your feedback can help us do better in future.

Making a formal complaint
If you feel that a formal complaint is more appropriate, please write to the Chief Executive, Paul Stephens explaining the facts and your specific complaint. If there is specific help that you would like to remedy the situation, please get in touch as soon as possible so that we can take appropriate action. Complaints will be:
- Taken seriously
- Acknowledged in writing
- Investigated at the earliest opportunity
- Acted upon – where appropriate – as soon as possible.
We will let you know the outcome of the investigation and any action to be taken in writing. This will be within two weeks of ending our investigation.
Making a complaint will not affect your access to services run by Shipley & Bingley Voluntary Services or other services provided by CVS partners.site map
